Physician's Choice

Brand Strategy, Messaging, Package Design, Web Design
Date 06/2019

The founders of Physician’s Choice brought me in to help bring their direct-to-consumer supplements to a more sophisticated audience and build an internal creative team to support their growing marketing needs. We executed on brand strategy, positioning, identity, messaging, package design, web design and product launches. Our branding efforts were set on differentiating PC from a saturated market of competitors through clinical evidence.

Brand Concepts

Challenge: At it's inception, the Physician's Choice brand was outsourced to a freelancer without performing market research, target audience analysis, professional consultation or visual design explorations. The resulting identity felt dated and disconnected from the founder's vision, and they desired a brand that more accurately reflected their commitment to producing natural, premium supplements backed by clinical/scientific evidence.

Solution: After a number of discovery meetings with key stakeholders, the marketing team and my in-house creative team, a strategy was developed to craft a brand that was visually clinical/scientific, while also approachable and human-centered. We also developed a target audience persona and written voice to help keep our explorations honest and centered on the end-user, our customers.
